Slim N Fold designs, fabricates and installs slim-profile aluminium and glass systems across the UAE. Bi-folding doors and slim sliding systems are the work we are known for, but the range runs from glass rooms and partitions through to pergolas, skylights, pool fencing and structural balustrades.
We work directly with villa owners, interior designers, consultants and main contractors. In every case the same principle applies: the opening is measured before anything is cut, and the people who fabricated the unit are the people who fit it.
Specification is driven by where the building actually is. Forty-five degree summers, shamal dust and coastal salt make thermally broken frames, solar-control glazing and marine-grade stainless the starting point rather than the upsell.

Three things we hold to
None of these are difficult. They are simply the things that get dropped when a job is priced to win rather than priced to build.
Tell you what you do not need
Smart glass where frosted glass would do, or a premium system on an opening that will never be seen — we will say so. A quotation padded with upgrades you cannot benefit from is a short-term trade.
Price what is actually in the scope
Every quotation itemises the system, glass specification, finish, hardware and installation, so it can be compared line by line against another. Vague lump sums hide the parts that matter.
Take responsibility for the install
We would rather not supply without installing, because most failures in glazing systems originate on site. Keeping both in house means there is nobody to point at.

Drawings, configurations, glass specification and finishes, set against orientation and exposure rather than picked from a catalogue.
Fabrication & quality check
Profiles are cut and assembled to the surveyed figures in our own workshop, and every unit is checked before it leaves.
Installation & handover
Our own installation team fits, seals and adjusts on site, then walks you through operation and maintenance.
Measured, not estimated
Every opening is surveyed before fabrication begins. Site conditions in a finished building never match the drawing exactly, and a few millimetres at the threshold decide whether a door still glides in five years.

Thermally broken frames, solar-control glazing and marine-grade fittings. The specification is driven by Gulf heat, dust and coastal salt rather than by a generic European datasheet.

We work across the UAE — Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. Survey visits within Dubai and Sharjah are usually arranged within a couple of days.
Yes. Villa glazing, bi-folding doors and pergolas on the residential side; partitions, shopfronts and commercial entrances on the other. The specification differs — commercial hardware is rated for far higher daily cycles.
Most residential projects run four to seven weeks from survey to handover, with fabrication taking the bulk of it. Larger or non-standard work takes longer, and we give you a dated programme with the quotation rather than a vague range.
We design, fabricate and install. We would rather not supply only, because the majority of problems with aluminium and glass systems originate in the installation rather than the product.
Nothing. The site survey and the quotation are free, and the quotation itemises the system, the glass specification, the finish and the installation so you can compare it properly against another.
Yes — the systems carry a manufacturer warranty and our installation is warranted separately. The exact terms are stated on your quotation, because they vary by system.
