Beachfront villa, Palm Jumeirah
A nine-metre folding wall between the living room and the beach terrace, specified with a flush threshold so the interior stone runs uninterrupted to the outside.

We design, fabricate and install slim-profile aluminium and glass systems across the UAE — measured to your opening, specified for this climate, fitted by our own team.
Most problems with glazing systems in this region start at the survey or the seal, not at the factory. That is where we put the attention.
Every opening is surveyed before fabrication begins. Site conditions in a finished building never match the drawing exactly, and a few millimetres at the threshold decide whether a door still glides in five years.
Thermally broken frames, solar-control glazing and marine-grade fittings. The specification is driven by Gulf heat, dust and coastal salt rather than by a generic European datasheet.
The people who survey the opening fabricate the unit and install it. Nothing is subcontracted out at the point where responsibility usually gets lost.
Everything below is designed, fabricated and installed by the same team — so there is no gap between who measured the opening and who is responsible for the result.
Four stages, and the same people accountable through all of them.
We visit the property, measure every opening and talk through how the space is actually used before anything is priced.
Drawings, configurations, glass specification and finishes, set against orientation and exposure rather than picked from a catalogue.
Profiles are cut and assembled to the surveyed figures in our own workshop, and every unit is checked before it leaves.
Our own installation team fits, seals and adjusts on site, then walks you through operation and maintenance.

We are an aluminium and glass fabricator working across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. Villas, offices, clinics and retail fit-outs — the common thread is that nothing is cut before the opening has been measured.
Specification here has to answer to forty-five degree summers, wind-driven sand and coastal salt. That is why thermally broken frames, solar-control glazing and marine-grade fittings are where we start rather than where we upsell.

Double-glazed acoustic partitions for eleven meeting rooms, with cavity blinds and etched manifestation set out to the practice brand.

Surveys and quotations are free, and every quotation itemises the system, glass specification, finish and installation so you can compare it against another.
Fill in the form and it opens in WhatsApp, already written — or email it instead if you prefer. Either way there is no charge for the survey or the quotation.
Practical explanations of the decisions that actually change how a glazed opening performs.
We work across the UAE — Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. Survey visits within Dubai and Sharjah are usually arranged within a couple of days.
Yes. Villa glazing, bi-folding doors and pergolas on the residential side; partitions, shopfronts and commercial entrances on the other. The specification differs — commercial hardware is rated for far higher daily cycles.
Most residential projects run four to seven weeks from survey to handover, with fabrication taking the bulk of it. Larger or non-standard work takes longer, and we give you a dated programme with the quotation rather than a vague range.
We design, fabricate and install. We would rather not supply only, because the majority of problems with aluminium and glass systems originate in the installation rather than the product.
Nothing. The site survey and the quotation are free, and the quotation itemises the system, the glass specification, the finish and the installation so you can compare it properly against another.
Yes — the systems carry a manufacturer warranty and our installation is warranted separately. The exact terms are stated on your quotation, because they vary by system.
